Meningitis Diary

Introduction
Earlier this year (2008), my daughter "L" contracted Meningitis B. This would be scary and stressful enough for any family. However she was living away from home, alone, across the Channel, in Paris. This then is the story of how we dealt with the situation. It is also the story of how God loves us, answers prayers, and still provides miracles in the modern age.
I first wrote this piece for my church magazine in mid-April 2008. Please forgive me for not re-writing it here for a more secular readership. I hope it is useful for those who need to know about this disease, or who want to know how to cover themselves for medical issues whilst travelling abroad.
If you feels others would find it useful, please send them this link:
Many thanks.
